Always an exceptional experience when visiting the awesome nesian nails salon!. Amazing professional friendly staff with skills I have yet to come across else where which is why I never go anywhere else!!!. Attention to detail is one of many reasons I always recommend the services here to family and friends. I love how comfortable I'm made to feel when i have bookings!. This was arguably the best experience I’ve had at a hair salon in NZ. Despite Jay’s busyness, she took the time to do an excellent job with absolute patience and care. I didn’t feel this young and good about myself in a long while- definitely worth the 30 min trip

Selina hand painted stunning flowers on a pink glitter base which look stunning almost like they are floating. The matt pink on the rest of the nails is beautiful and I know that they will last for weeks.

First time customer with THICK, FRIZZY, SAMOAN hair! Safe to say, I will happily have Dee and her experienced crew as my hairstylists from now on. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with a beautiful smile and offered a drink. Consultation was given with honesty, precision, clear communication to ensure Dee and I were on the same page. Dee saw my vision and ran with it, with no hesitation. Outcome was absolutely brilliant, blew my expectations out the waters. I am very happy with my full head of highlights. I will definitely be back in two weeks for keratin treatment.

James was lovely. He listened carefully to my needs and explained everything he was going to do and put a plan in place to correct my hair from another salons mistake. Have already rebooked for 6 weeks time. 🙂

I bought a voucher for my daughter at Grabone for hair cut, half head foils blow dry. Roselyn is incredible skilled, friendly and experienced. My daughter is over the moon with the cut colour & style, Roselyn really understands about hair she is an expert.I had acrylic French nails done with Ashley, the best I ever had cheaper than mall salon but with superior quality. The salon owner is also lovely so helpful. I’m coming back in 2 weeks. If you are looking for a place with outstanding service affordable price and honest expert advice, this is the place to go. A hidden gem in Otahuhu!

Darshita is an absolute queen! Love her service! I did a Keratin treatment and I felt like a whole different person walking out of the salon!
