I’ve had my nails done a few times now with Charlotte and absolutely love them every time. Would 100% recommend as Charlotte is so friendly and the salon is lovely too!

My experience was fabulous. Head Elf Gems was present, so wonderful to see you & catch up with my beautiful friend. Tea & chocolates & a mince 🥧, which i am enjoying now with a cup of tea 😋. As always you haven't lost your art of making my BIAB nails sparkle in red glitter Polish, who would have thought me wearing red glitter nail Polish, that is now off my bucket list. After months of acrylics and growing my nails, Chloe’s now guiding me through a BIAB journey. I’ve battered my nails of late, so lost some length but Chloe managed to make a lovely shape with what could be saved. We did take off and simple plain nude, giving clean girl aesthetic, after months of crazy art. Excited to see my BIAB progress!

As a newbie to having nails Isabela is very professional in her work. On my first visit we had a consultation were she explained the procedure and what products she uses. My nails were in a bit of a state and now I have lovely nails. I highly recommend her as we also have lovely chats and put the world to rights, 10/10.
