Best beauty salon I’ve been to and made me feel so welcome which is a big thing as it was my first visit here. My nails have been done exactly the way I wanted and I have booked baxk in for next year, couldn’t recommend them enough!

Emily has been attending to my nails every month for a year, she ensures your nails are in good health, her customer care is excellent.she offers refreshments evey visit, her room is very clean. I would highly recommend her. 😊

Always a friendly relaxed atmosphere here. It’s a pleasure to get my hair done Victoria who does my hair is very knowledgeable and a lovely lady very helpful choosing which colours and styles will suit me etc also helping improve condition of my hair. Also a nice place to get nails and lashes done , both I’ve had done before and loved them.

The BEST nail salon in the North East. David and his team give such a warm welcome to their clients it's like being with family. Sophie is the most fantastic nail technician. All the staff offer such professional service with the friendliest manner. It's an absolute pleasure to be one of their clients and I always look forward to each visit. They really are 'Simply the Best'

Full treatment today: feet~ an amazing pedicure which includes massage, removal of hard skin as well as a gel polish on my teeny, tiny toes. Eyebrows-colour and wax. Nails-BIAB and gel polish. Thanks to Julie I feel like I’m walking on air with her amazing hands as well as giving me a beauty make over with my eyebrows and nails. Thank you Julie, I need to take you home. Finally a wash and blow dry by Jess, she is so gentle and thorough I came out of the Salon looking like a different person. Thank ladies I’ll be back soon, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating.

As usual my nails are perfect the best nail technician I have ever had.

Iv been going to BBB Beauty for several months now Bethany is a natural talent her salon is clean and restful she does my nails and eyebrows perfect . She does quirky nail art and classy DEFINITELY recommend her

Today I tried out Crystal therapy and I was not disappointed. Relaxing has always been difficult for me but with this treatment I was able to. Emma & Amy had recently trained in this therapy and were keen to know how I felt during and afterwards. I was given aftercare advice and I have booked another appointment. Another great treatment at this fantastic salon, which I've been visiting for around 9 years.
