I usually hate the thought of going to a salon/beauticians as I suffer from severe anxiety. Nicole was a really lovely lady who was so easy to talk to. I never felt judged or like I don't belong. I'm really happy with my brows and could've easily have felt rushed as I was the last customer of the day, but absolutely not! Honestly such brilliant customer service - I'll be back!

Oh I love my nails! Thank you so much Emma! I used to have acrylic nails for many years, but wanted to try the builder nails and Emma is a very thorough and skilled technician! You do need to bring a bit more time, but boy is it worth it! She is such fun and so easy to talk to! Wonderful pamper experience!

Daisy’s always great, with excellent attention to detail. I love the BIAB gel and since having them done with Daisy my nails have grown a lovely long length. Would highly recommend!
