Chloe is more than a lash tech—she’s a true friend. She’s caring, an amazing listener, and always makes me feel comfortable and uplifted. Visiting JSP is part of my self-care routine; I leave every time feeling 1000% better and already counting down to the next appointment. The salon is calming, and Chloe’s attention to detail is unmatched. I’m so grateful I found JSP—it's more than beauty, it’s therapy. If you haven’t visited JSP you’re missing out.

Izzy is brilliant. Very friendly and professional. The mini facial is so relaxing and the Tropic products used have made such a difference to my skin already. The salon is also super clean. Would highly recommend!

I’ve been coming to JSP for almost 5 yrs & it was important that the review was accurate for those who read it, I can assure you it is. I walked into JSP anxious about changing from my last salon.From day one there was nothing but kindness and reassurance. 5 years on I have always had the best experience and 5* treatments . I visit every 2 weeks for my lashes and I am always made up with the outcome . It is always a pleasure and I look forward to coming to wind down with the relaxing ambience and the brilliant service.
