Nunah is great, very friendly and professional, she worked her magic and expertise on my nails. She got straight away what I wanted and she made sure my hands received the extra care and love they needed. It was my first appointment, I'll defo go back again and I highly recommend her!

I really look forward to seeing Sammi, she is so professional, kind, warm and welcoming. She makes me feel so relaxed and I genuinely have such a lovely calming experience seeing her. My nails are always perfect, can't fault her talent! She's gentle, careful and always makes sure I'm 100% happy each step of the way. Will highly recommend her to friends and family.

10/10 service every visit. I have nail extensions with Dayna (she does both gel and acrylic and does each fabulously) and hybrid lash extensions with Betty. Top service every time from both ladies and a lovely atmosphere in the salon.

Omg ! I Love this place !!! My nails were done by Stef, I love her precision, she's a very nice girl and does nails very quickly but very precisely and can create a beautiful shape! I really think I have found my only stylist and she is the best and very professional, I must add that this salon it’s one of cleanest salons I have ever been ! I am always so happy and impressed by My Nail Tech / Artist! Before coming to Image, My Gel Nails would be lifting and coming off within days. I just put it down to the hair and body oils I use. So I was amazed that this has never happened with any set of Gels from Dayna at Image Beauty Salon. 3weeks later they are still looking fabulous! I am always sad to see each Nail Art Creation removed...... But totally excited for my next stunning set of Gels from Dayna! Go Dayna!! Thank you xx

The best salon in Ipswich run by the fabulous Sue, who has the most professional advice and treatments. Had my first chemical peel and was quite nervous about not only the treatment , but the results. I need not have been worried ? as the experience was so enjoyable and the results incredible. This was our first visit to your salon and my daughter came for a restyle and revamp. We were recommended your salon by friends. Martha is delighted with her hair! Sophia did a wonderful job! When I went to get my nails done at BdonebyB, it was a very pleasant experience. As soon as I arrived, I was offered a choice of a hot or cold drink, as well as the option to select a song of my choice. Bebe and Sandra, were incredibly friendly. I loved the treatment and, of course, my nails! 😍😍 I highly recommend this place because finding a 5-star service like this nowadays can be quite difficult.. Thank you girls 🙏
