Staff was super friendly and attentive! I was given a drink menu for complimentary drinks and I was also given a fortune cookie. The nail tech Hazel was super kind, gentle and made sure to ask me if everything was okay! I love my nails so much thank you!

Service was very good. The only reason it didn’t earn 5 stars was we had booked an appt with Avy and when we arrived she was busy with another client. Another tech did the service, while it was good and we were satisfied, it wasn’t who we booked the service with. I’m not sure if the schedule was double booked or she took a walk in?? Happy overall but would prefer to have service completed with the tech we booked the appt with.

my experience at ruby nail bar is always phenomenal!! They are all bright and friendly and have always done so great on my nails

I had such a wonderful experience at Ruby Nail Bar! Tran took care of me and was incredibly sweet, gentle, and attentive throughout my appointment. They made sure I was comfortable, paid attention to every detail, and created such a relaxing atmosphere. My nails turned out beautiful, and the service felt very thoughtful and professional. I have been coming to Pro Nail for a few years now. I always leave with a good relaxed feeling . The shop is very clean and always feel welcomed by all the staff . Tina has been looking after my shellac pedicures and does amazing work . She is very professional , kind and does an excellent job. Never felt rushed as she takes time to attend to any concerns I have with my nails . The hot stone massage is so rejuvenating and uplifting to a person’s well being. It is so important for all technicians to take their time doing their jobs with each customer , so one can leave feeling good !

My fiance and I got a pedicure (first time for him) and we had a great experience. We were given fortune cookies and a complimentary beverage. They were very kind and did a great job with my shellac. My fiance had a great time and said he would definitely come back and get another pedicure - he said his feet never felt so good!

Had a lovely special pedicure appointment with my Mom and husband. We were all treated well and very happy with the service and results. Pretty toes for all and so relaxing!

Experience was good nail techs took their time but wish mine would have started the nail polish on my toes first so they had extra time to dry got home and a nail was smudged but otherwise ok
