Zita I so lovely. She fixed my nails after a nail place in Walmart Capilano, Edmonton ruined them. I’ve been going to beauty Hour since it was Beauty nails from the early days Dian started the shop. I try different places and I always come back.

I cannot say enough good things about every aspect of my experience here from the moment we entered the salon until we left. Exceeded our expectations and every staff we interacted with were kind, courteous, friendly and professional. Dream team for sure. We drove from Sw Edmonton and I will drive as many times to get my nails done here because if the 5 star experience. Definitely recommend this salon to anyone that is looking for the royal treatment.

It’s worth driving from West Edmonton to this salon. Excellent customer service, friendly staff & I love the detail that CeCe puts into the nail designs. My mother & sister who also had appointments with me we’re equally pleased.

The Nail Room is amazing! The space is decorated in soft neutral tones which gives you a spa like experience the moment you step in. The reception was warm and welcoming and Ashley did an excellent job with my manicure, my nails looks great! Would highly recommend booking with the Nail Room.

I had the best experience here, Tina was my nail tech and let me tell you I will be sticking with her. She absolutely killed my nails! 100000000/10, she got it absolutely perfect and she was so meticulous to make sure they came out exactly the way I wanted. If I could give 10 stars I would. Everyone was super friendly. Very clean salon, music was great, pedicure was also amazing, everything smelled so good! I can’t wait to come back!

Minh is the best nail tech ever! I have never felt more comfortable and spoiled than I do with him, he takes his time and really listens to what his clients want. He ensure each part of the service is perfect, starting from building the structure to then recreating inspo pics for designs and shape. I cannot recommend him enough! If you are going to get your nails done go to Minh!

This was my first time at Beauty hour and booked online the night before with Chloe. She was ready when I walked in and was quick and efficient. I had a spa pedicure and the massage was great and relaxing. It could have been a bit deeper as my muscles were sore but was still wonderful. I also loved my manicure. I didn't want anything fancy but they were exactly what I wanted. My only other recommendation might be to have the option for a manicure to have a little bit of a hand massage as well. We'll definitely be back!!

The space is so clean and beautiful! The staff are warm and friendly, and the services are next level. I had my gel nail fill with Ashley, the owner, and she is so talented and a perfectionist which I love! Mia did my TNR Gold pedicure, and it was honestly the best pedicure I’ve gotten in years.

Amazing work by Tony today and had a great conversation with another lady in the shop who went to the Morgan Wallen concert. Also took a family photo for a group of 4 ladies 3 generations having a pedicure together. The vibe of this salon and the people who both work and get their nails done there is great for the soul ❤️

Wonderful. My nails on my left hand needed a bit of finishing under the nail and the gems look good, for reference it be good to look at other hand to know placement. Other then that I love the color and appreciated the quiet but interesting conversation.

Beautiful place! Everything was very clean and my appointment started right on time, which I really appreciated. The nail tech, Yuliia, had such an incredible eye for detail, my nails turned out perfect. It was also my first time getting a dry manicure, and I don’t think I could ever go back. Highly recommend!

Just got my nails done by Ashley and I’m honestly obsessed. My nails look stunning and she paid so much attention to detail. The studio itself is gorgeous and such an aesthetic space — it feels calm the moment you walk in. I also got the spa pedicure and it was incredibly relaxing. Safe to say I’ve officially found my new go-to spot. Highly recommend Ashley if you’re looking for beautiful nails and a really great experience! 💅

I had a spa pedicure with Trish and it was amazing. She didn’t rush through anything and definitely delivered on the leg/foot massage. It was just the right amount of pressure and was so relaxing. She chose a color for the gel polish that was much better than the crazy one I picked! My nails were trimmed perfectly and all the rough skin was removed. I’ll definitely be booking with Trish again!

Amazing per usual! Recommend to all my friends have been coming back for all my manicure, pedicure and lash lifts/tints since 2021. They have any colour you can imagine and more. All the staff are wonderful and nice.
