Hiba was great, she was very friendly. I had a consultation appointment, where she listened to everything that i wanted done. I made an appointment with her a couple days later and she had remembered everything we talked about. I got the colour that i wanted, and the cut that i requested, she was amazing. The staff in the salon is very friendly and attentive. I was asked if I needed anything from something to drink or if i needed a bathroom break thru out the 3 hours that i was there. I would definitely recommend this salon, and I will be back to see Hiba again.

Great facility, welcoming staff!!! A must needed addition to the outlet mall. They are very accommodating to specific client needs as well, such as private room for hair services/ face threading. Reasonably priced as well. Much needed addition to the Windsor Outlet Mall. Will definitely be back regularly.

Love was absolutely fabulous! I highly recommend going and treating yourself to a facial or threading with her!!

Hiba was AMAZING! So warm and welcoming introducing herself making me feel comfortable. Gave me professional advice on what would suit my face shape better and be more practical at work. Gave me a complete transformation while being gentle. Shop was clean and all the ladies were lovely. 10/10 will be seeing Hiba again!
