Came in for an MK rinse-off, blow-dry & flat iron and was helped by Nolitha and Mary. Nolitha gave the best shampoo and scalp massage—my hair felt squeaky clean and my mind totally relaxed. Mary is a true styling whizz who always leaves me feeling confident and cares deeply about the health of my hair. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you, ladies!

Leah just did my hair and I’m absolutely in love! She’s not just talented, she’s genuinely kind and took her time to listen to exactly what I wanted. I had an amazing and excellent experience at Jem Salon. I received outstanding customer service and memorable experience. Leah done my hair beautifully, the lady who done the washing of my hair and head massage was so smoothing and relaxing and Mariska done my nails so beautiful. I'm so happy and I feel amazing. As always, I had an amazing experience this morning. Lameez gave me such a lovely relaxing massage when she washed my hair. Such a sweet and friendly personality and Leah did an amazing job on my hair, also always so friendly and caring. Not forgetting Jill, who gave me such a warm welcome. The service was amazing and it was my first time at your hairdresser. Everyone who works there made the experience beautiful and my hair looked amazing.
