I always feel like a million bucks after my massage with Mitch! I have the worst shoulder and neck pain and his massage gives me relief. He is seriously the best in Reno!

Don’t be mistaken, you are coming here to do WORK. It doesn’t feel great in the moment but the results are so so worth it. I used to feel like I had hot knives under my shoulder blades, Mitch keeps those at bay. As I’ve started working out and running more my muscles have gotten tight, my knee has a niggle, my elbow gets sore. Mitch works out the kinks. Although it isn’t a relaxing massage, I won’t miss my bi-weekly appointments, my body won’t forgive me if I do.

One of the best massages I’ve ever had. They listen to my concerns and did a fabulous deep tissue massage. I will be back and recommend you go too!

My husband and I went in for a couples massage, and both of our massages were fantastic. The women were kind, knowledgeable, knew exactly how to get our knots out, where to ease the tension and just how much pressure to apply. It was easy and Quick to book and the price was definitely reasonable. We will definitely be going back. Highly, highly recommend.

Hands down the best and most therapeutic massage I get, which is why I have stuck with Mitch for a few years now. It’s not hit or miss with him. He is intuitive to the body’s needs and consistently delivers. I go for deep-tissue/sports massages because I tend to get locked up and tight (largely due to work and my physical activity, but also because I don’t stretch and take care of my body like I probably should). My sessions with him are intense, but the relief I have afterwards is well worth it. Mitch is incredibly personable, too. Highly recommended.

Today’s massage was amazing. He has such an intuitive understanding of the body — he found areas of tension I didn’t even realize I was holding. The pressure was perfect and the whole session felt intentional and healing. I honestly haven’t had a better massage. I’ll definitely be back.

Always a great experience from Swedish to deep tissue. Mitch knows anatomy!! Im an owner/operator of a construction company and workout 5 days a week, so I am very hard on my body. I come in to the office sore slightly broken, neck and back tweaked and I leave feeling like I have a new refreshed body. Best massage in town by far! Mitch is the best. The massage I got was beyond deep tissue. I am still sore a day later but I feel so much better. He suggested coming back in a month or so. I’m going back next week.

Mitch is incredible! He’s truly next level! I put my body through a lot, at work, at the gym, at home. He was able to use his special techniques to loosen up literally years of pent up stress. Muscles that were no longer contracting because they were too tight. He found spots I didn’t even know I had! My session was unlike any massage I’ve ever had. It’s truly more body work, where’s he able to get into those adhesions and break up any fascia that’s needed. It was also my first time cupping…WOW! I left floating, my body/mind were in euphoria!! Cried in my car because I felt so good!! The BEST!
