My massage with Jeana for Detox & Drain was amazing! I went in with such a tight belly, clogged sinuses, and puffy face. After the session I really noticed the impact on my whole body. Everything felt a little lighter, and more spacious. Usually I get bloated after eating, but not today after she worked a lot on releasing tight stress and fascia in my abdomen! The facial massage is also very relaxing and I just love the lymphatic brushes. Highly Recommend!

What a wonderful relaxing massage today with Belle...she recognized all the knots in my back so offered more of a deep tissue experience which I so appreciated. I highly recommend coming here, it's the only place I go to in Hamilton....the ladies are all amazing and so kind and the ginger tea is delicious.

My masseuse Jenny took alot of care of me during the massage as I'd had a fall 3 day beforehand . She listened to my concerns and where my pain was. She helped me up off the table and made sure I was OK and had everything I needed before she left me in the cubicle. All the ladies at our bamboo spa in Hamilton and caring and make sure we get a fabulous massage and we leave the spa happy . I'll always go back to bamboo spa, and no where else.
