Have suffered for a long time with pain in my left shoulder, could only ever lift my arm to shoulder level but after my visit with movira sports massage I could lift it up over my head and the burning sensation has gone completely. Thank you to this wonderful lady. I also travelled 1hr 40 mins for this appointment and will definitely be back and would highly recommend her 👌
