Sophie is amazing! I first started seeing Sophie after gaining a shoulder injury. The knots had become so painful that I was struggling to move that shoulder. Her deep tissue massages helped relieve the pain and improve shoulder mobility. She is so friendly and it’s always a pleasure going to her for treatments. Booking through Fresha meant in was easy to find appointments and fit them in around work. I would 100% recommend going to Sophie for treatments or seeing her regarding an injury! Thank you 😊.

Generally the best massage treatment I have ever received. Not only was Sophie professional, attentive and friendly but I quickly came to realise how expert and knowledgable Sophie is in her field. The deep tissue back and shoulder massage relieved tension pain and yet felt relaxing at the same time. I felt comfortable in Sophie’s presence and gained advice from her aftercare thoughts.
