A fab experience! Nicki was wonderful, really friendly, professional and informative. Her space felt so clean and sterile, and yet really inviting and welcoming at the same time. It was my first SkinPen experience and although a little tingly, the whole thing had felt a lot more daunting in my head than it actually was.
