We had a couples massage with Carole and her colleague. The treatment was so relaxing and one of the best massages I’ve had. The hot tub after was a lovely treat. It’s a secret garden in Hampton with a tranquil setting and we will definitely be back again for more relaxation! Thank you for fitting us in at such short notice.

Thank you Natalie! We started with shoulder and back massage 1 month ago. Before I had big pain and couldn't lift my arm and this was a big issue as I am working 7-8 hours In front of a pc. What a lovely experience. Riverside Rooms is such a lovely setting and therapists Carole and Sarah made my mum and I feel very welcome and relaxed and gave us both wonderful deep tissue massages. I look forward to our next visit.

My 2. Visit here.. and Natalie was a-ma-zing ! I have because of home office a very painful shoulder.. today I felt like I was laying on a cloud and I felt soo relaxed.. my shoulders getting better and better now :) just imagine 10 days ago I couldn't lfit my right arm.. today I can work again with my loooong E-Mails :D 7 hours in front of pc is not nice.. even if I'm cycling every day for one hour ... Must recommended! No doubt ! Thank You Natalie...

The therapist Anna was great. Very helpful and polite and she performed a excellent Swedish massage that make me feel brand new. The down side is that I wasn't able to pay by card which I find very inconvenient.

Natalie was fantastic! A lovely person and an excellent masseuse (far superior to others I have tried in the area). I especially loved the heated massage table! I highly recommend and will definitely be returning.

The Lomi Lomi massage was fantastic, I felt very relaxed afterwards. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, specially Alexandra, who performed my massage. She was very professional and friendly. One of the best massage I ever had. Definitely will go back soon. Highly recommended. 😄

I came to Carole with back pain and the whole experience was like magic! From the moment I stepped into her space I felt safe and welcome. This was not a massage... it was so much more!! All my senses were being looked after and nourished ... and it felt like her hands and body were dancing around my body and aura... it was incredible. I am a Therapist myself and I received what I am giving and it felt magnificent. My back pain eased so much and I felt wonderful for days! I am so grateful for the energy, love and healing I received from Carole. Thank you !!!

Although I wish I’d discovered Touching Lives sooner, I think my treatment came at the perfect time. Immediately upon arrival, I felt relaxed, welcomed and safe which set up perfectly for an incredible reflexology treatment with Carole.
