My first visit to a salon in over 2 years and I was made to feel very welcome. It’s a spacious, modern salon with plenty of room for social distancing and covid-safe procedures were observed. Sam was warm and friendly, and gave me a lovely wash, cut and blow dry. Totally sorted out my lockdown DIY haircut! Booking online is really convenient and availability was good. Although the salon is tucked away off the main street of Truro it was easy to find and car parking is directly opposite. Thanks, I will be returning.

Lynn is always pleasant and friendly. Always love my hair, colour and cut. Anytime I want a colour, cut or style adjustment Lynn is always accommodating, to try and achieve what I want. Very fair price. Tea or coffee always offered to me. Loving the new salon sparkle too.

Olivia is so friendly and she listens to her clients, discuses your ideas/concerns making your appointment stress free, never cutting too much hair so that you can always go a little shorter if you want to. I'm so delighted with my wash cut and blowdry. I'd recommend Olivia to everyone Thank you Olivia. See you soon.

Due to no one’s fault there wasn’t any hot water so unable to have hair wash. Felt so sorry for Grace! Luckily my hair was newly washed so I was happy to just have a cut and as previously Grace did a lovely job.

Curl Up 'n' Dye is definitely worth 5*. A fabulous salon with lovely, friendly staff. I am always really happy with my haircut every time I visit and I look forward to my next appointment too. A wash, cut & blow dry and a good old chat with lovely people in a relaxed, warm environment is just great!

Absolutely awesome. The way the salon has dealt with Covid is amazing Everything cleaned constantly. Beki was brilliant love my nails. Lauren does my hair downstairs at Platinum. Always made to feel warm and welcome. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

Visited following a hair disaster...olivia Listened to what my daughter wanted, double checked she knew exactly what she wanted with pics etc. explained what she would be using and how and did a patch test 48hrs before. Day of app: very chilled environment, welcoming and comfortable. Olivia is lovely and went above and beyond with techniques, loads of foils, tint and toner and lots of lovely products. She was very good and I even booked in soon.
