I throughly enjoyed my lymphatic massage and loved the power plate at the end too, such a great way to end the session. The massage was explained clearly by Megan, and I felt like the time flew by. The space was very serene and calm and I was made to feel very welcome. I highly recommend this treatment and will be definitely coming back for more. I had a very thorough massage which was relaxing despite being a deep lymphatic one, and the facial has left my skin glowing and feeling very hydrated. Megan is so welcoming and an expert in this area. As a newbie to Lymphatic massage she guided me through the treatment at each stage explaining what she was doing and why. I originally booked the Vitality Sleep Relax body treatment and felt so deeply relaxed and restored that I decided to extend my session with an LPG facial treatment as well. Best decision ever. I had a great experience! I never have had this kind of treatment before and once you get used to the noise, it's oddly relaxing. I had a drainage treatment and facial. You can really tell the difference from the facial afterwards. I feel very relaxed and like I will sleep well this evening!
