I booked a consultation with Olivia, as it was my first time enquiring into wigs due to my alopecia. From the very beginning Olivia put me at ease, talked me through all the different pieces. From the density of hair, length, different lace fronts and lace types. The service Olivia provides is exceptional. With my chosen unit, Olivia cut the lace and fitted the wig for me, showing me step by step how to fix it myself when I was alone. Thank you Olivia for the services and products you provide, it truly boosts those suffering from alopecia gain their confidence again. Xs
