Really glad I booked a session with Chris. It was very informative, and the massage really helped with my knee stiffness. Even after only a few rounds of the exercises I was given, I have an improvement in my stiffness.

Chris did some really good massage on my neck and shoulders, very thorough without causing discomfort. He’s also provided me with constructive advice and exercises on email for me to start fitting into my life. A great proactive (rather than preachy) approach.

Chris is friendly and professional and takes time to find out what the issue is, he also gives you some exercises/ stretches to do at home between appointments.
