Great, needed a relax and i felt safe and comfortable to challenge myself to be silent throughout 98% of the appointment- i normally talk through! Thank you for a lovely massage and i particularly liked the small circles on the side of the spine going up! Very relaxing!

I have just enjoyed a very relaxing pregnancy massage. I highly recommend Asako at Faith’s Store in Hereford and will definitely be back myself.

Asoko was absolutely amazing. She was able to read all of the tensions and stresses in my body. She literally madsaged me from head to toe and paid particular attention to my head, neck and shoulders because this is where the most tension was. She even said there was tension in my face! Loved the Reflexology element of the massage and definitely helped with any headaches. Would highly recommend. Little gem in Hereford. Definitely will attend again!!

I feel like a new woman, it was one of the best massages i have had and i actually got my moneys worth. Normally you book an hour but in actual fact you get between 40 & 45 mins. Hereford i had the full hour. Brilliant would recommend everyone to try.

Had a lovely experience at Neal’s Yard Remedies Hereford. As always a clean and very safe environment to have a treatment. Camilla was welcoming as always and I felt so much better after seeing her . Highly recommend seeing her or any of the therapists at Hereford store.

Every therapist is absolutely marvellous at Neal’s Hard Remedies in Hereford. The therapy rooms are spacious, airy and extremely hygienic. Never once have I felt unsafe whilst having a treatment during a global pandemic, when the premises permitted it. Camilla is particularly wonderful and I thoroughly enjoy my reflexology sessions with her. She gives me vital feedback after the treatment due to the conditions I suffer from. The payment facilities linked to the iPad are exceptionally safe meaning that nothing needs to be touched unnecessarily after the treatment has ended. I highly recommend.

I was made to feel so welcome and sat down and chatted while waiting for my appointment. My massage was amazing and the oils used were so relaxing and my skin felt so soft. Afterwards I was able to relax on the massage table before dressing. Not being rushed or hurried along was part of my incredible pamper and positive for my mental wellbeing. Thank you

The facial of dreams! I highly recommend everyone treat themselves to this at least once. It was honestly life changing. The shoulder massage was absolutely out of this world and the facial was so relaxing I could have easily fallen asleep. Sophie is truly one of a kind. She is an amazing beautician with magic hands.
