It’s made a huge improvement to my digestion and bloating. Mel instantly makes you feel at ease and always tailors the treatment to exactly what you need. Sara was very welcoming and I felt at ease straight away. She is very knowledgeable and after discussing my situation, she recommended an aromatherapy massage as this is a bit gentler than others. The space was calming with soft music and scents and the treatment was very relaxing and warming. For the first time in months I can turn my head fully side to side without muscle tension or aches! All in all this was exactly what I needed to switch off from my current stress levels. I would highly recommend Sara and will definitely be visiting her again.

Booked Elite massage as recommended by the place we stayed at. Wasn’t disappointed. Great communication. Mel & Lilly arrived early to our accommodation to set up a perfect relaxation area. They were friendly, professional and most of all provided fantastic massages/facial's for all of my group of friends & family. Timings and all treatments were on point.
