Highly recommend Rewild Reflexology! I went to Jo for maternity reflexology at 32 weeks, as I was experiencing some hip pain and muscle spasms in my legs and arms at night. After the second session, I was no longer experiencing the issues and felt much calmer in myself. Jo has a wonderfully healing energy and I would encourage any pregnant person to give reflexology with her a go (even if not experiencing any pain or discomfort, feeling your baby move while you are fully relaxed is an incredible feeling!)

An incredible experience from start to finish today. I went for an oncology massage half way through my cancer treatment and was so pleased with this experience. Being super nervous and under a lot of stress recently Lalita made me feel so relaxed and comfortable straight away. The room is beautiful, warm and smelt amazing. Super professional and understanding of all my needs such as treatment, picc line and surgeries! Such a gentle and relaxing experience where she worked on all areas of the body! I would highly recommend this to anyone who is going through or had treatment!

I had a good experience, the lady kept checking in to see if I was ok, and at the of the session she gave me advice on some exercises to keep my muscles relaxed and yes I am going back.
