I had a lovely experience with Sam. It was my first massage (back,shoulder and neck) and it was great. I also had a facial and again it was so relaxing. Sam talked me through what she was doing. The Guston cabin is such a lovely environment. Sophie takes her time to explain the procedure to make sure you are entirely happy. I never feel rushed. Sophie offers a lot of high end products too that can be sent in the post or taken on the day. Really happy to recommend based on my personal experience(s). 5*

Katie provides more than just a massage; you can feel the heart she puts into her practice. I had the Relaxation Ritual, and it was the perfect reset. Where do I begin, ease of booking and finding the venue spot on. Katie was just the warmest of characters I have ever met. So much knowledge and explained the process every step of the way. We could have chatted for hour I’m sure but I was in receipt of “Ritual” treatment so wanted to enjoy the experience. The body and facial massage absolutely devine. All products used were explained. The pressure point facial made me relax even more. I must say she Katie hit the spot in relaxation (normal I find it hard to totally relax) but that I did!! Me and the couch became one. Thank you 🥰

Beautiful service as always. Nia done a great job as usual on myself and also this time I took my daughter for her first time having her brows waxed after she has been having them threaded for a few years .
