Recently booked for a Vodder Technique - Manual Lymphatic Drainage and it was fantastic. I opted for a full body treatment. It felt like a gentle body massage. Straight after treatment I noticed a reduction in puffiness to my face and stomach. It also helped to ease the tension I was feeling in my jaw and hips. Colette explained the process to me during the treatment, full of knowledge as always!! Definitely a treatment I will be adding into the rotation.

Hannah amazing as always, with a focus on legs because my knee decided to play up recently. Full massage and cups on hamstrings, calves, quads and glutes and 24 hours later I’m feeling loads better and my knee feels 90% better today which I couldn’t have imagined 48 hours ago - miracle worker, thank you 🙏🏻

Had my first full body massage with Sam. After weeks of intense gym worse my shoulders, lowers back and legs were pretty beaten up and I was in a lot of pained so I needed some TLC. After one session I can instantly see the improvements. Sam is very knowledgable, friendly and easy to talk to. 5*
