This was my first visit at Aroma Day Spa and I was very impressed. I booked a foot reflexology massage and a prenatal massage. I was extremely impressed with the open, relaxing feel when I walked in. I was greeted with a smile and immediately taken to my private room. I was offered hot tea and fruit, which was such a nice touch. The foot massage and prenatal massage were out of this world - so relaxing!! They used hot towels for both and my goodness I was in heaven. I was offered a robe at the end of my second treatment, which would have been better if I was given it at the beginning :)

Xin is the most knowledgeable and amazing specialist Ive ever met in Canada. Without telling him anything he can idetify the problem and treat it right away! I am very happy that I found him and highly recommend his services to anyone who wants massage, in pain, wants to just release stress or even loose weight. Incredible!

The person who did the massage was really good. But the person at the front desk today was very rude and not good at all. You need to make people feel welcome otherwise you’re going to lose customers. You need to provide a comfortable atmosphere and go extra Mike to make people feel welcome. She was unhappy and rude. But happy with the front desk person at all.

The environment and front desk were very welcoming. It's clean and comfy. The deep tissue massage was average, like regular non-RMT but higher price to accommodate other aspects. The RMT was gentle and friendly. May go back if I have more benefit coverage to spare.

I thought Sonia really got her hands into the right areas with the Deep Tissue Massage I had. She was very professional and often would ask if she was applying too much pressure. Overall it was a great experience and will definitely come back again.

My RMT massage (1/2hr) visit gave me the full experience and relaxation results that I had hoped for and more. Front desk staff were very trustworthy in ensuring accurate billing and were proactive. Massage therapist and service staff were very skilled. Aroma and lobby area were most welcoming. I look forward to returning in the new year for more services.

Good experience. Facilities are clean. My partners massage was a little too intense for his liking. Mine was great. Foot massages were amazing. Pedicures were just ok. No robes available, that would be my only complaint. But overall great facility
