I have been going to Helena for skin care and massage needs for over 3 years. She is a consummate professional who gets great results. She has a keen ability to hone in on problem areas to get to the root of any issue. Lovely atmosphere, kind and caring person, and 11/10 stars if I could. Highly recommend.

Helena was great! Perfect massage for me! Good intensity & worked on all the spots I needed. I felt really good afterwards & it prepared my body for a great osteopath adjustment the next day. Spa is very clean & has a good energy! I will definitely go back. :)

I love coming here. The space is so cozy and inviting. Helena is lovely and easy to chat with. Every treatment I’ve had has been fantastic. Highly recommend!

The sport therapy massage was very good, and I will definitely be going back for a return visit. Olivier is very skilled, and understands how to remove tension from your body.

As an RMT myself, I’ll admit I’m picky when looking for a massage therapist as receiving massage therapy allows me to physically continue doing what I love. That being said, I highly recommend Olivier. Not only does he pay close attention to the problems/issues that are being described during consult, he accurately addresses the areas of concern with precise technique and skill. He treats with intent and focus and the results I get from his treatments are proof enough. If you’re looking for a therapeutic therapist, he’s your guy! 5 stars across the board.

Great place! Lots of relaxing add ons. Literally fell asleep in my massage today! Helena always makes you feel comfortable and welcome!

Helena is phenomenal. She is a warm person, provides a very inviting and relaxing atmosphere, and gave me honestly the best massage that I’ve had. Hot stones, hot towels and oils were incorporated and I chose to add the infrared wrap as well which I loved so much. I will be recommending her from now on and will be rebooking very soon.
