Thank you to the team at this wonderful salon. The service was so professional. I brought my daughter in to get a wash, conditioner and styled. She has a lot of thick, long beautiful natural hair and I appreciated how the team assisted our stylist, Vera with helping out on my daughter's hair. Thank you Vera for being patient and understanding especially when I asked you to handle my daughter's hair differently because of the beautiful thickness of her hair. I highly recommend this salon.

I was just passing by Lusaka for a few days and needed my hair done. I read previous reviews and the reviews were accurate. The service was exceptional and my hair is looking great thanks to Faith who was gentle all the way. Next time I am in Lusaka will definitely book again.

It was good. Got to the salon on time but it was still being cleaned by the time my appointment was due to start. Started my hair a little later. Other than that, my hairstylist Cleo really delivered with the hair style I wanted!

Excellent! Love how the staff make an effort to take care for my hair whenever I visit the salon. They do not do hair for the sake of just doing it but do it with utmost attention. As well they listen to the needs the customer concerning their tresses.

The environment was clean and peaceful, the hairdresser was polite, professional and gentle with my hair, but today's wait time was long. I waited 50 minutes. That was the only down side.

Great customer service Timing could be worked on, I booked for 12 and only started after 1230 and finished well after 14 disrupting other programs. I loved my hair and the hair dresser was polite All in all I had a good experience. Recommendation: bigger salon space

The ladies and owner are always friendly and gracious! The time frame allocated to the appointment is very accurate as well. All the team members become committed to your hair journey, giving you advice, commend you for your progress or gently scold you when you have been skipping on the trims :) Overall, it’s always a lovely experience when I go to the Salon! Best decision I made for my hair.

It was good. Just need to encourage hairdressers to be more deliberate with hair care especially on long hair. Without having to be reminded. NK advocates for healthy hair, and that apply to all hair types and lengths.

This was my first time at Crown your Mane and I must say, it was the best hair salon experience I've ever had. Customer service is exceptional, staff are lovely and understand how to handle natural hair, gently and with care. Wonderful experience. My first time. Esnart (sp) washed my hair thoroughly and gave me a good head massage. Salon was clean, quiet and serene. My appointment was on time. It’s not often with natural hair that you look forward to your next hair appointment.

But what really impressed me was the customer service the staff were friendly, welcoming, and made me feel right at home. The salon was clean and cozy, and I felt like I was in good hands.
