Good overall. Enjoyed the shampoo and conditioner. She was willing to shift what we were doing. Styling was to my satisfaction. Salon was quiet (stylist didnt speak and there was no banter or music) so that will take getting used to.

The ladies and owner are always friendly and gracious! The time frame allocated to the appointment is very accurate as well. All the team members become committed to your hair journey, giving you advice, commend you for your progress or gently scold you when you have been skipping on the trims :) Overall, it’s always a lovely experience when I go to the Salon! Best decision I made for my hair.

Wonderful experience. My first time. Esnart (sp) washed my hair thoroughly and gave me a good head massage. Salon was clean, quiet and serene. My appointment was on time. It’s not often with natural hair that you look forward to your next hair appointment.
