Always an amazing experience at Fern& Ivy. I have followed Andrea for about 7+ years now and trust her completely with my hair. Wanted a new look and Alex gave it to me! She did such a great job with my hair and new look! I Showed her a picture of what I wanted and she took it from there. During the hair cut we talked and she made it Such a Great Vibe being there and with her! Alex would stop and ask me how the cut looked during the process of going from should length hair to a asymmetrical, pixie cut, making sure I was involved & comfortable! When she turned me around to look in the mirror WOW! My hair So Great!! Alex did a great job! Already booked my next appointment with her.

Michael is absolutely amazing! After losing my beloved stylist of 20 years—who set an incredibly high bar—I spent a long time searching for someone who could truly deliver. I tried several stylists in Charlotte, but it was always a compromise: some could handle color but not cuts, and vice versa. Then I found Michael. He’s meticulous with both cut and color, and he’s completely earned my trust. For the first time in a long time, I genuinely love my hair again. On top of his talent, he’s a total delight—fun, kind, and easy to talk to. I can’t recommend him enough!
