Always an amazing experience at Fern& Ivy. I have followed Andrea for about 7+ years now and trust her completely with my hair. Michael is absolutely amazing! After losing my beloved stylist of 20 years—who set an incredibly high bar—I spent a long time searching for someone who could truly deliver. I tried several stylists in Charlotte, but it was always a compromise: some could handle color but not cuts, and vice versa. Then I found Michael. He’s meticulous with both cut and color, and he’s completely earned my trust. For the first time in a long time, I genuinely love my hair again. On top of his talent, he’s a total delight—fun, kind, and easy to talk to. I can’t recommend him enough!

My first visit to Fern & Ivy. It's a lovely salon, the staff were very accommodating and the facility was clean and neat. Michael obviously knows what he's doing. Even still he listened to all my hair issues and considered all I told him when cutting and styling. He did excellent work. Highly recommend.

Andrea is the best. My haircut and color are superb. The staff is professional and friendly. All this happens in a beautiful salon space that is energetic and bright.

I had my first visit here today and got my hair cut by Rain! It was a wonderful experience, everyone in the salon was so nice and Rain did a wonderful job on my cut. She listened to what I wanted and gave her opinion when I asked for it. Very happy with my experience here.

Hands down the best salon experience I’ve had. Stephanie and Michael were really great! Michael was very skilled and taught Stephanie really well, and she learned everything he was teaching her (+ her head massages are top tier). They helped me figure out the best bangs for my face shape, and my hair looks amazing. Kudos all around! :)
