Everyone was nice and everything was clean! Senaboo mainly serviced me she was thorough, gripped my hair well into knotless braids, and didn’t complain about how thick and long my natural hair was. Will definitely be coming back! Prices are also fair.

Truly satisfied,everything needed was there the hair and others . My hair was done in 3 hours . Very well done nothing to complaint about . I booked my appointment for 9am at 8:58 am I was there and right the way we started. Enough braiders there , really good deal ! Will come back for sure !

Nathalie, realizing my daughter’s natural hair was tangled after wash, stepped in quickly, took over from the young lady who was pleasantly trying her best to detangle the hair. Nathalie’s timely intervention restored my daughter’s hair. She did a great job and was so professional with my tender headed daughter. All the workers, including the receptionist/front end lady were very pleasant. I will recommend this salon to every mother who is looking for a place to either shampoo wash or braid. I needed my hair done after chopping off all my hair. I found this salon and called to find out if I could get my hair braided and then ask how much. I never had my hair braided before. I spoke with the owner Natalie and told her I wanted to come in, she told me that the shop is closed on Mondays which so happened to be the day I wanted to come in. She told me she'll get back to me and see if one of her breeders will come in. She got back to me promptly and told me to be in there at 1:00 when I arrived. The braider "crystal" was exceptional . She did my hair and and loved the results.

I had a pleasant experience. Lynnett explained what she was doing, asked what I wanted and conferred with me when she wasn’t sure if I would like something. My hair turned out great! Will definitely return.
