Nathalie, realizing my daughter’s natural hair was tangled after wash, stepped in quickly, took over from the young lady who was pleasantly trying her best to detangle the hair. Nathalie’s timely intervention restored my daughter’s hair. She did a great job and was so professional with my tender headed daughter. All the workers, including the receptionist/front end lady were very pleasant. I will recommend this salon to every mother who is looking for a place to either shampoo wash or braid. Claudette did an excellent job on my comb twists. I’ve had it done before in other salons, but, it has never looked this good. Very pleased.

This was hands down one of the best hair experiences I’ve had. The salon was clean and welcoming. I was able to walk in and be seen with no wait. I love the outcome of my hair and will be coming back for all of my future hair needs.

My experience was very positive the salon has a pleasant atmosphere. The shop is clean and well kept. Fully stocked with a broad variety of products. It was nice to sit facing the mirror instead of having the mirror in back of me. I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone.

The service was great this is my 4th time going to get my hair done. I love that the staff makes you feel welcome and like family they offer drinks and snacks. I needed my hair done after chopping off all my hair. I found this salon and called to find out if I could get my hair braided and then ask how much. I never had my hair braided before. I spoke with the owner Natalie and told her I wanted to come in, she told me that the shop is closed on Mondays which so happened to be the day I wanted to come in. She told me she'll get back to me and see if one of her breeders will come in. She got back to me promptly and told me to be in there at 1:00 when I arrived. The braider "crystal" was exceptional . She did my hair and and loved the results.

I will definitely be back!
