Jemma was amazing! It was my first visit to Trinder and she thoroughly chatted through my hair type with me and the style I wanted before starting my appointment. The whole experience was thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing, Jemma completely took her time and my cut and finish was exactly what I wanted and more. 100% will be making this my regular salon from now on!

Andy has been getting my hair ready for my wedding all year, and my final cut and colour before the big day was just so good! He really knows what he’s doing and I’ve always felt in great hands. The whole staff at Trinder are so wonderful, it’s always a pleasure going to the salon.

Today was a great experience. I am always nervous trying out a new salon. However no need as Kristina understood and listened to me - that my fine hair needed no layers and not too much taken away by having a large fringe. Completed look was fabulous, cut flattering, great shine and condition. I have already re-booked.

My first visit, will definitely NOT be my last. Great experience in a lovely relaxed & friendly atmosphere. Andy coloured and cut my hair, I had a vague idea of what I wanted & Andy translated that into the perfect cut and amazing colour! I’ve visited several salons over the years and can honestly say I have at last found THE ONE! Definitely recommend!

I had an excellent experience at this hair salon. I had my hair cut by Cristina and she was very professional, friendly and gave me a completely new style that made me look like a completely new person. She listened to the length I wanted and completely transformed my image. I will definitely be returning here!

I’ve been going to Trinder Hair studio since it first opened. They are great at making you feel welcome and the salon is tidy, clean and modern. Everyone is very knowledgable and and skilled. I see Kristina who cuts brilliantly and always makes me laugh loads.

Perfect, precise and quick haircut for my son and myself!

My son is terrified of having his hair cut, but the setting with tvs, toys and a much smaller child only salon made him so much calmer, and we actually managed to walk out with a full hair cut rather than half! Would definitely recommend to anyone with young children.

My little boy loves getting his hair cut with Charlotte. He was terrified of getting his hair cut before we found knock knock who's hair. The salon is calm, clean and bright. We are so lucky to have it in our village.

We were very worried about taking our daughter (3 years old) to the hair dressers as she often has melt downs and hates going to watch me having my hair cut. She also hates having her hair brushed .Charlotte was amazing the salon is designed to be very relaxed And everything about the experience was stress free. We will definitely be returning. Hairdresser is very friendly toward my kids, this is my regular haircut for my son will always come back, probably best hairdresser in Redbourn/St Albans - do not go town! Go this hairdresser because it's best!!
