Natalie was the nicest person and the best hairdresser I've been to in years. She listened carefully and gave gentle and honest advice. Plus she is very funny! She is also an excellent technician. The salon was lovely and very clean and the atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. I couldn't be happier!

Absolutely lovely. Experienced hairdresser listened to exactly what I wanted and gave me a dramatic restyle. We had intended to add Extensions to the look, but both agreed that the cut worked well enough on its own. I was quoted far less for having the style I wanted, including the Extensions any other salon I have approached. My haircut ended up costing me £40 and even if I had gone with the Extensions, it would not have been more than £200. I had been quoted over £500 for the same cut with extensions at another salon. Kate is friendly and warm and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you

Returned to Charmaine after a period away from Gloucester. Her meticulous attention to detail has returned my short hair to having a style. Very very pleased.

Natalie is a fabulous hairdresser. I'm growing my hair at the moment and don't really know what style I'm aiming for. Natalie took the time to discuss the various options and made some very helpful suggestions for style and colour. Looking forward to my next appointment and the gradual transformation.
