Amber is just lovely and really knows her stuff! She rescued my hair after a disastrous colour at another salon and really listened to what I wanted to try and achieve with my hair. A friendly and welcoming salon!

Had a great experience with Amber who made me very welcome as it was my first time at the salon. She talked me through what she was going to do and gave me lots of ideas and advice on style and condition. Amber kept the length of my hair and added in some layers. I have booked for another appointment for 8 weeks time. I think I have found the perfect salon.

Absolutely loved it and the whole experience! I was nervous about going having had bad experiences at different salons in the past, I was made to feel welcome and at ease. My new hair is exactly (if not better than) what I wanted! Thank you Grace! Will be back. 😃

It was my first time at this salon and my first proper salon experience in 10 years, and it was fab! The staff are lovely, friendly and accommodating. Joe did my hair and he was great! He knew exactly what he was doing and I got the hairstyle that I wanted just by verbally describing it. I was comfortable and relaxed, and the interior is beautiful and pristine. Very professional.

Brilliant! Jess not only knew what I wanted but how to achieve it. She was very respectful of my hair and treated it with great care. The waves stayed in all night. Absolutely delighted.

I always enjoy being pampered at Auburn. Amber cut my hair brilliantly as always. Afterwards, Emma shaped and tinted my eyebrows which were just right as usual. All the staff are really friendly and relaxed. The salon is spotless and tastfully decorated. I can't imagine going anywhere else.
