Lauren is an absolute credit to you. After spending my whole life hating how unconfortable and anxious I felt in Hairdressers, I had to book in to get my hair done for my wedding, and booked Auburn as the closest one to me. I was dreading the appointment, however within the first 10 minutes of being with Lauren, she put me completely at ease. My appointment was fun, comfortable, relaxing and the 4 hours flew by. The salon is beautiful and kept immaculately clean, and to top it all off, my hair is BEAUTIFUL . Thank you so much Lauren, you've changed the game for me! X

Had a great experience with Amber who made me very welcome as it was my first time at the salon. She talked me through what she was going to do and gave me lots of ideas and advice on style and condition. Amber kept the length of my hair and added in some layers. I have booked for another appointment for 8 weeks time. I think I have found the perfect salon.

It was my first time at this salon and my first proper salon experience in 10 years, and it was fab! The staff are lovely, friendly and accommodating. Joe did my hair and he was great! He knew exactly what he was doing and I got the hairstyle that I wanted just by verbally describing it. I was comfortable and relaxed, and the interior is beautiful and pristine. Very professional.

I always know when a cut is great when the next few days my hair stays in the style. My stylist, Bec, did not disappoint and my hair still looks and feels great. She was very attentive and made sure I was happy with how I felt about my hair. I highly recommend the salon.

My daughter's hair was cut beautifully and she looked stunning when she left the salon.
