This was my first visit to P&J Palmer and I'm delighted with my haircut. Paul took the time to discuss what I wanted and then delivered it perfectly. With a friendly, caring 1:1 service that I haven't found at other hairdressers, the whole experience was excellent. This was a first consultation. Paul was inviting, enthusiastic and gave me some really helpful and frank advice about colouring, which was just what I needed. I think (naively) I had expected to be able to browse through haircut brochures to help me choose a style, as I find pictures easier than trying to describe in words what I'm looking for. Paul was very generous with his time, getting to know me, and was keen to ensure when I have my hair cut I have a good experience, get the outcome I want and keep within my budget.
