I took my nephew there today. We weren’t sure what we wanted to get and the bloke was super helpful. They have a very welcoming atmosphere so my nephew felt comfortable. We left with a really nice haircut. My nephew has been getting nonstop compliments all day. It’s really helped his self-esteem! 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Jess is always amazing, I always leave my appointment feeling in love with my hair. She listens and creates an amazing experience. She truly is amazing at what shoe does couldn’t recommend anyone better! 11/10! Also Chloe and all the girls are always lovely! This is an amazing salon ❤️

Chloe is a marvel, she always gives me exactly the cut I imagine. I took my 9yo son yesterday to have his extremely long ponytail cut off and he hasn't stopped raving about his new hair since! He is constantly in front of the mirror combing it, he couldn't be happier! Chloe really listens to the client, she is so friendly and lovely, as well as just being the best hair stylist I have ever had. They're also a sustainable salon and donate cut hair to a charity that makes wigs for kids going through chemo, so my son was thrilled that his precious hair would be put to good use. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend Chloe and the girls at hair collective they all spend the time to get to know you and what you are trying to achieve with your hair goals. The salon is one that you can sit and be comfortable and enjoy a coffee or beverage of choice and have a great laugh and chat thank you Chloe you definitely worked you magic this time love it big time and more importantly so does hubby 💜😂

Awesome salon and Sammy did my hair exactly how I wanted it . Would definitely recommend hair and soul studio.

My grandson had his first haircut today… and although he was not happy and crying, we were made to feel that we were not a problem. And the haircut was great 👍

Sam was amazing as always with my hair. Salon was clean and had a great vibe. Very reasonable prices and I will return.

Renae was amazing! I had 3/4 head of foils, toner, cut and blow dry/straightening of my hair and I am so happy with the result. Possibly the best care and time taken, Renae has produced a very natural look with the foils and my hair feels like silk! This salon is by far the best place on the Gold Coast for quality and pricing. Thank you Renae for your professional advice and precision cutting and foiling my hair, you are awesome. ☺️
