Sophia always takes you through a thorough warm up routine which means no real aches or pains the following day. Sessions are well planned in advance with alternative exercises should a piece of equipment not be available or if I’m finding the exercise difficult due to injury or arthritis. Very encouraging which helps me push myself to achieve more. Really look forward my weekly session.

I cannot recommend Sophia more. She listened to me describe the problem areas and then devised a plan for today’s massage. Sophia checked in with me throughout to make sure her pressure was right for me. Sophia used cupping which is previously never had. I walked out, or rather skipped out like I had new glutes . Whatever Sophia did, it was magic and pretty pain free too.

Great massage and very accommodating with me having to bring my little girl along. Thank you!

She is understanding of my desire to get fit again, balanced with my well-being needs, and she takes all this into consideration and develops a completely tailored programme.
