Had my second deep tissue massage from Donna. Have to say her hands are magic! Recently had a full knee replacement so Donna is helping with swelling, inflammation and muscle tightness. Amazing .. I’m really struggling after a total knee replacement. I spoke to Donna before the treatment and she put me at my ease . She spent ages on targeting my tight hamstrings. The treatment was made easier by the chat ( it too my mind off the pain ) I looking forward to hopefully a good nights sleep . And going forward less pain .. thank you

Had a targeted massage with Donna this morning, following a ribs injury. Donna was very knowledgeable and talked me through the injury and the plan going forward re-exercise. The massage has definitely eased the pain and discomfort. I can't recommend Donna enough, shes not only knowledgeable and experienced in what she does but also a really lovely person.
