Highly recommend.... ive suffered with a herniated disc compressing my sciatic nerve for over 8 years and have gone for a surgery pre op twice to have the disc removed but really didn't want spinal surgery. After a few treatments at Ene holistics my sciatica went away and ive been free from a flare up for months.

Martina was recommended by a friend for a hamstring injury. I’ve visited the clinic 4 times now and have had a massive improvement on my recovery. Martina is very experienced and great to work with for recovery.

Rosie absolutely brutal but in the best way. I literally feel like I'm walking on air when I come out. She doesn't give up until every last knot is out- literally! Feeling completely zen and ready to go into a sleep coma now. Thanks for taking away my leg pain and my fat ankle!
