The technician was not only professional but also brought great energy and banter, which made the whole appointment feel relaxed and fun. I got a hybrid full set, and I am honestly so impressed. The lashes feel incredibly light, like there is absolutely nothing on my eyes. The quality is outstanding, soft lashes with a really good adhesive that feels comfortable and secure. The lady who assisted me did a great job! My only feedback was that on arrival there were no other clients - yet the lady was not prepared. So we started later and finished 20 minutes later. Staff were obviously bored as there were no clients and were lounging around. I’d go back though. Good value for money.
