Ki does an amazing job explaining the entire lash process and aftercare in a clear, approachable way. She walks you through what’s included, how to use the products properly, and when to schedule fills, so you feel confident leaving your appointment. She’s also great to talk to and even shares recommendations for other service providers. I really appreciate that she gives you a few days to adjust to the look and offers a complimentary fix if needed—perfect for someone new to lashes.

Let me start by saying I absolutely love my new lashes. Ki was amazing. We talked about different lash looks. Ideas based on my eye shape and some pictures of lash styles. Overall wonderful experience and ended up with a gorgeous set of lashes that translate to all the ideas we discussed and incorporated the look I was wanting. Definitely goi g back for my fill in 2 weeks.

She was really great & her experience showed in the final look of my lashes! I haven’t had them done in 2 decades because of my allergic reaction to the lash adhesive they used. She put my mind at ease & the whole process didn’t take nearly as long as I thought too! She was very pleasant, her spa room was clean & peaceful as well. I will definitely be back & look forward to having her do my lash refill next time I will/would def recommend her to my friends!

I went in to get my lashes done for the first time and decided on doing the hybrid lashes at Ajza's lash bar. She really took her time and made sure to make my experience EXTRA comfortable, especially since it was my first time. Her customer service skills are AMAZING. As for her work.... WOW! I have never felt this beautiful. It's been 4 days since I had my appointment and I still haven't shed ONE LASH! I completely expect these lashes to last a month. I plan on keeping them and getting them filled. I will not be going elsewhere. SHE IS THE BEST!

This was my first time getting waxed and i went for a full body wax. Patricia made me feel comfortable and at ease about the whole process and suggested ways on how to lessen the pain. Explained the things i shouldnt do for my after care. She also did my lashes and they looked amazing!!!! Make sure you request Patricia when visiting this place. Oh and the salon is nice clean

Another satisfied lash sesh with Heaven! I came in for a hybrid whispy lash set. My set was fuller to start as the lashes will shed over time. I always love my lashes a week or so afterwards☺️ Heaven is professional, the space is clean and relaxing, and the service is consistent.
