I have been a customer for just over a year now. I always recommend them because they care. Prime example: Today was my regular brow shape & tint appt. I inherited dads brows; almost white, coarse as horsehair & hard to dye in one try. I walk in and Charlotte is excited. She has been researching dye products for coarse brows specifically with me in mind and has bought a new dye for us to try. I've been getting my brows done for years and no salon has done this despite my loyal custom. For me it speaks volumes. It also worked great 1st time!! Customer 4 life here. Highly recommend.

First time had lash lift & tint , even though runny late, she very kindly still done it, didn't feel rushed at all and was very friendly. Most of all my lashes look fabulous.

Had my first last lift and tint and it was a really lovely relaxing experience. Will definitely be back! Also the most gentle eyebrow threading I’ve ever had! No more red eyebrows.

It was my 1st appointment this evening with Hannah to have a lash lift & tint. I am very pleased with my lashes and the conversation was flowing. Hannah is lovely, I am looking forward to my next appointment. Five star for sure, I won't be going anywhere else. 🌝
