I have only recently started coming to Abbie and she is an absolute angel, so friendly and experienced and professional, I love having my lashes done by her and look forward to my appointments. They always look amazing as do my brows when I have them done too, will not be going anywhere else now I have found her.

I moved here from up north over 2 years ago now, I went through multiple lash techs struggling to match what I was used to and never felt happy with the results until I come across Elsa over a year ago now. She is the best at what she does and delivers exactly what you ask for every time! They last well and not to forget she’s also a diamond with my frantic ADHD self and does her best to fit me in last minute or remind me about maintenance appointments which is a god send😆. Recommend a million times over x

My teen daughter came along for her first eyebrow waxing, and Stacey was amazing! Talking my daughter through the process as it happened, keeping her feeling comfortable and at ease at all times x my daughter was very pleased with the results and spoke of how Stacey made her feel really relaxed (which she was very nervous to start) I had my Christmas nails done - awesome as ever and I love my little Christmas gonks all hand painted ❤️ Thankyou Stacey x

First time visiting Ellesha, very professional and friendly. I had HD brow treatment and she mapped my brows, waxed, tweezed and dyed them, they are now flawless 😍 Thank you so much for improving them!

Soph is amazing at what she does whether that’s nails, pedicures, brows or lashes! I always love coming to Soph and the service is always 10/10!!

I have been using Aurelia for a few months now for my nails, she’s the best I’ve found in Basildon! Her attention to detail is impeccable and she will not let you leave until she is 100% happy. I’ve not had one bad set of nails and they last so well I can leave it 3/4 weeks for an infill. Her room is clean, spacious and welcoming. I’ve also had the best pedicure I’ve had in a while there too! Wouldn’t go anywhere else now, and have recommended to all my friends. X

As always Ellie is very professional and always give great advice on how to look after your nails and keep them looking great, I often get 3/4 weeks of looking fantastic. I have been to Ellie for other treatments such as eyelash lift and eyebrow shape and tint, again aways extremely happy. I have also had facials and massage done by Lisa, very relaxing and come away stress free. I would highly recommend Defined Studio.
