Sereena provides a very welcoming and relaxing environment that makes it so easy to rest during the procedure. The result was great, she was able to provide what I wanted. And the complimentary snacks are great too! :)

An unreal experience! I’ll admit I was a bit nervous, as this was my first time getting my lashes done, but Sereena exceeded the expectations. She encouraged me to thoroughly explain exactly what style of lashes I wanted, and talked me through the differences between them. Sereena was very accommodating; she reassured me, checked in with me on multiple occasions, and made sure I was comfortable - I was so comfortable, that I ended up taking a nap! She has great attention to detail and she did an amazing job. I’m in love with my new lashes and they have given me so much more confidence!
