Such a relaxing and chill atmosphere, calm vibes. I could tell Shaila was being very precise and gentle. Before I opened my eyes, I knew my lashes were gonna be EXACTLY how I wanted them and they were perfect. I also did a brow shaping and as someone who’s been doing their own eyebrows for years because they don’t trust others to not mess up the shape, I trusted Shaila. And I’m glad I did because she followed my shape and just cleaned it up without taking too much off. I will definitely continue to come back because finding a good lash artist is so hard to find these days.

I had the chance to work with three techs (two for my nails, and one for my lashes) and everyone was lovely—kind, friendly, and professional. My deluxe pedicure and bio gel set are perfect! The only issue was communication about my lash lift and tint. As it was my first time, I made sure to mention that, but I wasn’t asked how much lift I wanted. The tech chose a very subtle lift, and I would have chosen maximum lift if I’d known there were different options. I feel like I paid for a service with very little visible difference which is really disappointing.

Amazing experience in the VIP room at Picasso Medi & Nails Spa! The team made me feel truly welcomed, respected, and comfortable with my invisible disabilities and as a proud LGBTQIA+ Two-Spirit person. My lashes, French tip nails and solid white pedi came out flawless. I was served champagne, sparkling water, coffee + fresh fruit, and even got to watch Degrassi (classic Drake days!) while being pampered. Beautiful service and incredible staff highly recommend!

To whoever is reading this go to Jenna for eyelash extensions! She’s the best lash tech. I got my full set classic eyelash extensions by Jenna. Jenna is very talented and she took her time to understand what I like because I’m very picky. No other lash tech can do what she can. She did an amazing job on my lashes. I was so relaxed the whole entire time. My eyelash extensions look so beautiful and natural now. I will definitely come back to only her. Thank you Jenna.

My experience was incredibly. I was very comfortable during my appointment, the studio it's nice, clean and very calming. Shaila is very professional lash technician. She took the time to explain the different sets of lashes available. I went in unsure but came out extremely HAPPY. I love how my lashes came out. Two huge points for me are: her location is very accessible by bus or subway and the fact that my eyes were not at all irritated after the procedure. Will definitely recommend and she has a new client from now on. Love love my new lashes 😍
