I’ve been going to different lash places for years, but wow… I never realised how much of a difference it makes to see someone who is truly professional until I went to Be Serene Beauty. She took so much care with the health of my lashes, explained everything, and was incredibly gentle. I’ve had some bad experiences in the past (clumpy, uncomfortable lashes that drove me nuts), but this set is the complete opposite — they look fantastic and I honestly can’t even feel them. No heavy, spider-lash feeling at all — just light, natural and beautiful. So worth it… highly highly recommend

Blissful ! Felt super comfortable and relaxed in the space , I have had one crazy journey with my eye brows and lashes and Ella just made the whole experience anew and made it super enjoyable. Grate conversation but able to enjoy the Silence in comfort as well. Quality and knowledge of all the products and of course the areas I was targeting taught me a lot and allowed me to understand how it all works! Will be coming back for sure ✔️
