Just got my nails done and I love them. Olivia is friendly, professional and very knowlegeable. She recommended I use cuticle oil on my nails and it really works. With my manicures, lovely gel polishes and using the oil my nails look and feel great. I would thoroughly recommend Olivia for all your beauty treatments. Can't wait for my next appointment. Leigh works absolute wonders with my lashes. My natural lashes are very short and straight, but Leigh makes them look amazing. I currently have hybrids which have had amazing retention between my 2 week top ups. I have also previously had classic lashes with Leigh too which I also loved. She's definitely a master of her craft and I would highly recommend her. I love the relaxation and 'me time' whilst listening to the lovely girls in the salon and their random conversations, it makes the appointment go over so fast. Don't hesitate and get booked in ASAP.

After 7 months of not going into Bay Beauty I was a little apprehensive about going back today. However from the moment I walked in I felt at ease the salon was set up with all necessary PPE and social distancing. Thank you Toni. Can I just say well done to Amber and all her team you are doing a tremendous job keeping all your clients safe. If you are feeling as i did dont be it's one of the safest places to go. It was my first time at Bay Beauty and had a warm welcome the girls where lovely and chatty ..My nails have been terrible lately so was given advice on what was best for them ..also had waxing done the Lady that did both my treatments was very professional and will definitely be going back again (sorry I'm rubbish with names )

I love my visits to Brooke! I’ve been going for approx 18months now, the salon has a lovely welcoming environment and Brooke is fantastic, so friendly, chatty and immediately puts you at ease. I’ve had a range of treatments now, nails/lashes/eyebrows/waxing, and Brooke takes so much care and pays attention to the little details. I highly recommend a visit here for your beauty needs!
